India helps the world

Thank you, India, for giving the world clean energy [स्वच्छ ऊर्जा]

Kamuthi solar farm [सौर खेत  /  सौर शेत] is the biggest [सबसे बड़ी  /  सर्वात मोठा] in the world. And it is a good example [उदाहरण  /  उदाहरणार्थ] for the world. The solar farm uses solar (sun) power [शक्ति]. This power does not hurt [चोट पहुंचाना  /  दुखवणे] the earth.
Prime Minister Modi wants India to use solar power for 60 million homes by the year 2022. It will help [मदद करने  /  मदत करण्यासाठी] the people of India and it will help our earth. For big projects [परियोजना  /  प्रकल्प] in India, the cost [लागत  /  खर्च] of solar power is less than* coal [कोयला  /  कोळसा].

***
less than [से कम  /  च्या पेक्षा कमी]:  Five is less than six.
more than [इससे अधिक  /  पेक्षा जास्त]: Six is more than five.

***
Because India uses a lot of power, India still needs to use all sources [स्रोत] of power: sun, wind, coal, oil [तेल].
India also has one of the most advanced [उन्नत  /  प्रगत] industrial plants [औद्योगिक संयंत्र  /  औद्योगिक वनस्पती] in the world!
Large industrial plants send a gas into the air called CO2. The engineers at the plant found a way to capture, or catch, the CO2. The plant saves 60,000 tonnes of CO2 every year. They invented a “chemical recipe” for it that turns it into baking powder!  The industrial plant is now working on a chemical recipe to also make fertilizer from the CO2.
All these chemical recipes were invented by two young Indian chemists.

What other inventions do we need to help our world?  What do you think?
