My grandma is a student

BBC News
Her name is Gogo. It means “grandmother”. Gogo lives in Kenya. It is a country (देश) in Africa. Gogo is 90 years old. She is in class 4 in school.

When she was a little girl her family was poor (गरीब). She could not go to school. She worked (काम करना) to help (मदद करना) her family. Then she married (शादी करना). She had her own family.
But she dreamed (सोचना) to go to school.
Gogo is now in school with her great-great-grandchildren. She is learning (सीखना) to read and write and do math.
Why go to school if you are old?
Gogo sees children who do not have hope (आशा). She sees children who do not know what to do. She wants to show them they can succeed (सफल होना). She tells girls, “Education is your wealth (धन).”
Gogo shows that education is for everyone. It is not important where you were born, or how old you are. Education is for everyone!
